Enjoy fresh fruit, fruit juice, a variety of teas and coffees served with croissants, muffins and bread. A choice of cereals served with milk or yoghurt to whet the appetite before you tuck in to 0ne of seven styles of egg with tasty extra’s.

Our beautiful upmarket suites consist of a spacious bedroom, with a choice of a King size bed or 2 single beds. Bring a third or fourth person and they can relax on a comfortable sleeper couch. The suite is designed to encourage you to relax. Enjoy comfortable lounge chairs to reduce stress in a separate lounge whilst you watch full Internet TV on a flat TV.  Cool down with an air conditioner or enjoy a warm heater for those cold nights.

For your convenience, a bar fridge is provided to keep your refreshments cool, a microwave oven to heat the essentials, a kettle to boil a cup or two of coffee, hot chocolate or tea, for you to enjoy whenever you wish. Enjoy a glass of our complimentary sherry when you arrive. Sit at the laptop friendly workspace, connect to the free WiFi and send emails to your loved ones telling them how much you are relaxing.

Start and end your day relaxing in the spacious bathroom in a full length bath or in a separate shower. We supply shampoo, body lotion, shower gel and luxurious soap.

The Baobab is situated in a very secure estate that is family and wheelchair friendly. There are 13 parks scattered around the estate and a river running through it – all within walking distance. Conveniently situated in Midrand, between Johannesburg and Pretoria. It is close to Sandton and Randburg, all of which are connected by the highways that are close by. With your own private entrance, come and go whenever you please and you won’t have to worry about disturbing anyone else.

Watch talented riders and well trained horses compete in the South African Derby held at the Kyalami Equestrian Park which is less than 7 km away.

The Gautrain is a speed train that starts at OR Tambo International Airport and takes you to Pretoria, stopping off at the Midrand Station, which is 10.3km away.

Uber taxis operate in the area. Car rentals are also situated nearby and they will deliver a vehicle to you.

In an 8km radius there are 12 shopping centres  (including the Mall of Africa – 5km away), which have numerous shops, good restaurants to choose from, including coffee shops and take-away places which most have a free delivery service. The Waterfall hospital is also located 5 km away.

The international Kyalami Race Circuit is directly opposite the Estate and is less than 2km away.

Whether you are coming for training or having a business meeting, Kyalami Business Park is opposite the Estate.

Come and watch talented riders with their well trained horses manoeuvre obstacles as they compete in the annual South African Derby held at the Kyalami Equestrian Park which is less than 7 km away.

If you are attending an exhibition at the Gallagher Convention Centre, The Baobab is 8.7 km or just 14 minutes away.
